After famously racking up $13 million in debt and filing for bankruptcy in 1996, MC Hammer found himself in financial hot water again, last week, when the IRS filed a lawsuit against MC Hammer, claiming that he owes the U.S. government $779,585 in back taxes from 1996 and 1997.
