Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa Bryant filed for divorce today (Friday 12/16) after deciding that she’s finally had enough of Kobe’s cheating. She’s asking for joint custody of their 2 daughters and is asking for spousal support.
The couple has been married for over ten years and Vanessa stood by Kobe during his rape scandal in Colorado involving the hotel worker back in 2003. According to a TMZ source “”She’s been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she’s finally had enough,” adding, “This one is the straw that broke the camel’s back.”
According to Forbes, Kobe’s net worth in 2009 was approximately $525 million and it’s believed the Bryants had no prenup so Vanessa may be in line for a cool $250 million. Vanessa is an attractive women and with a nest egg like that, I can already see the long line of anxious bachelors easing their way in her direction!
