The 20th Anniversary Golden Scissors Awards was held on Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Silver Spring Civic Center in Silver Spring, Maryland. Th was a departure from the usual venue, the Washington Convention Center, however, that didn’t stop founder/creator Glynn Jackson from putting on an amazing show! From wild perfromance themes, eccentric fashions, ostentatious hair, creative hair stylists and talented barbers – it was a nonstop stage of entertainment.
