Sheree Whitfield 'Who Gon' Check Me Boo' Song a Hit: What Do You Think of Sheree's Rap Skills?

The third time might be  a charm for Sheree Whitfield of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

Ms. ‘Chateau Sheree’ and her fashion line, She by Sheree, is buried somewhere near Jimmy Hoffa, never to be excavated [mercifully]. And her fruitless foray into acting forced workers to put in overtime to scrub out the stench from her perfomance in that Houston theater where she made her debut.

But Sheree’s “Who Gon’ Check Me Boo?” song is actually a catchy and infectious joint that leverages the famous phrase she spat in the face of the party event planner who tried to lay the hammer down after Sheree punched holes in his busted-up organizational skill set. “Who Gon’ Check Me Boo?” is also a certifiable dig into the grill of arch-rival NeNe Leakes, telling her amazon enemy to get her grill reconstructed with all due quickness.

The single, spilling out of speakers since Dec. 16 comes packing with some lyrical fireworks like, “Thinking that you’re hotter is straight foolery/If you don’t know think you better go and Google me.” It has some straight zingers like “Before you say anything else to me, go and fix your grill,” and definitely a guided missile of a line intended for Nene that definitely hit it’s target:” Sayin’ that you’re rich but I know that’s all a mirage/Stuntin’ like you a star/You need to quit it girl, stop.”

We aint even mad at Sheree for cashing in on her sassitude. A physical specimen with a sculpted physique and statuesque looks, Sheree nevertheless comes off as friendly as a rattlesnake who shoots venom with great regularity when a nicer disposition would make her a more likeable and marketable star. Nice to see her porcupine personality paying her some paper, finally. So, in the spirit of helping Sheree finish the construction of Chateau Sheree, go ahead and scoop up copies of the single so she can keep the house and continue pushing her upscale whip. We all know what happened to the last luxury car.

Listen to her single and tell us what you think: –terry shropshire
