Angelea Preston Disqualified from “America’s Next Top Model”
As the finale of “America’s Next Top Model: All-Stars” approached earlier this month, many assumed that fan favorite Angelea Preston would snag the win and the coveted CoverGirl contract. But during the season finale, fans were shocked when Angelea, who performed well during the CoverGirl shoot and final runway, was disqualified from the show with the vague explanation that producers discovered information about Angelea that made her ineligible to participate in the competition. Viewers later learned that Angelea had participated in a final judging, but that it had to be reshot without Angelea after she was disqualified from the show. There’s still been know clear explanation as to why Angelea, who was presumed to have been the original winner, leaving fans both perplexed and frustrated by Tyra Banks and her “ANTM” antics.
