A 41-year-old Prospects Heights, N.Y., man was arrested during evening rush hour on Nov. 25, 2011, and charged with battery after he followed a woman off the Long Island commuter train and demanded she give him a bottle of beer.
The woman told him he was already too drunk.
He began cursing at her, then pulled her extension out of her hair and spit on her as she tried to get away.
