Questlove Apologizes to Michele Bachmann
Late last year, The Roots stirred up quite a bit of controversy when Republican presidential contendor Michele Bachmann appeared on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.” The Roots, who are the house band for the show, brutally forthcoming about their feelings toward Bachmann when, during her entrance to the stage, they played a cover of rock band Fishbone’s 1985 song “Lyin’ A– B—h.” Questlove later apologized via Twitter for the incident and his band was reprimanded by NBC.
