As Yandy continues to seek advice about how to handle her feud with Chrissy, she decides to meet with her former boss and mentor, Mona Scott Young. And as Yandy explains her side of the story to Mona, Mona offers some raw words of wisdom to Yandy, explaining that she crossed the line by mentioning Chrissy in her final email to Jim, asking Jim to stand against Chrissy in general and quitting over a feud with Chrissy. Mona finally warns that Yandy should be more professional in the future, lest she gain a reputation for letting her emotions mar her business as well as putting her clients personal business out in the public.
