Paula Patton and Adepero Oduye grace the 2012 Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue, so we guess that black is back in fashion — well at least this year. After much debate about last year’s lack of color, the mag rolled out the red carpet for African American actors — or did they? Well, if you pull out a stack of Vanity Fair magazines from the past decade, there have been a maximum of two black Americans on the cover at a time.
