Fans of Mike Tyson can get an intimate look at the boxing great now that he’s scheduled to give a firsthand account of his life in Las Vegas.
Reuters reports that Tyson will star in an autobiographical show titled, “Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth – Live on Stage,” an ongoing production that kicks off next month in Sin City.
According to Tyson, he hopes to become a “controlled artist, a disciplined artist,” and will share how he went from a childhood thief to a retired fighter and father of eight.
“I hope people are entertained, and happy. I hope they get to know certain things. My story’s not pretty. There’s lots of ugly stuff – not knowing if my mother ever loved me, or who my father was,” Tyson told Reuters.
Tyson’s shows are scheduled for April 13-18 at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.
