According to TMZ, Curren$y is suing Dame Dash for $1.5 million in damages for allegedly releasing his music without his consent. Dash claims he had the right to release the two albums because “he was given permission” to do so. Earlier last year, Spitta moved to Warner Bros. after parting ways with the mogul’s DD172 label under Def Jam. There is no official ruling on this matter as of yet.
