Michael Carroll of the U.K. was on a high when he won the British equivalent of $15 million jackpot 10 years ago, The Week reports.
However, the addictions he had before he got rich —cocaine, parties, hookers and cars — quickly ate up his mountain of money put him back at square one in five years.
