For months, reports have been flying about Bobbi Kristina’s alleged drug use, with rumors claiming that Whitney Houston’s daughter has only spiraled down deeper into her addictions due to her mother’s death in February. But according to new reports, Krissy’s family is trying to save her and recently staged an intervention to help her.
According to Star/RadarOnline, Krissy has reportedly been smoking marijuana, getting drunk and taking prescription pills since her mother’s death and recently, her aunt, Pat Houston, staged an intervention for the troubled teen.
“Everyone is worried sick about Krissy … her aunt Pat got a number of her friends and family to come to Atlanta and have a serious talk with her about her sobriety,” said the source, adding that the intervention didn’t work. “There were lots of tears, but Bobbi Kristina didn’t listen.”
With their options running out, the family has allegedly turned to Clive Davis for help. The record executive and former mentor of Whitney is reportedly offering a trade to Krissy: If she gets cleaned up, he’ll help the aspiring singer launch her career.
“Clive keeps telling Bobbi she needs to go to rehab, and that if she does, he’ll help launch her music career,” the source said. “He’s doing everything he can.”
