1 part GREY GOOSE
La Poire
1 part Moscato
1 part lemon juice
1 part sugar
1 inch diced, peeled pears
Crystallized ginger for
garnish
Place all ingredients except Moscato in a bowl and stir well until sugar is dissolved. Pour into champagne glass and top with sparking wine and crystallized sugar.
