Johnson’s business acumen is such that he is now worth approximately three-quarters of a billion dollars and his transition from player to coach to business mogul is unprecedented in the history of American sports. He also has been invited to the White House on several occasions to by President Obama to discuss economic and business issues.

As Los Angeles Times sports columnist Bill Pilaske says in astonishment, “Magic revolutionized the game of basketball. Then he revolutionized the fight against AIDS off the court after he retired. Then he revolutionized inner city businesses with all of his business dealings. This is an amazing, amazing man.
