According to reports, defense attorneys to ask the judge to ban Hudson from the courtroom because of the affection many Chicagoans have for the star.
Last week, potential jurors reportedly gasped when asked if they’d heard of the Hudson murders. When the judge asked if anyone could listen to the case “without sympathy, bias or prejudice” to step up, 20 people stood up. Alarmed, he told everyone to sit down.
As for right now, cameras and tweeting will be barred from the courtroom.
