While her nemesis Nicki Minaj continues to dominate the charts, Lil Kim is still trying to make a comeback.
The ‘Queen Bee’, who previously released her Black Friday album slamming the eclectic rapper, has announced plans to go on her ‘Return Of The Queen’ tour.
Kim, 37, has seen her popularity dim as Minaj continues to become more popular. The pair previously bumped heads amid accusations that the emcee copied Kim’s love for eccentric fashion and colorful wigs.
Minaj most recently addressed the accusations on her Roman Reloaded track “Stupid H—“, “B—- talking like she queen but she look like a lab rat”, she rapped.
With those and other disses from the young rapper on her mind, Kim will not only go on tour but will release a book and a documentary seemingly to address she and Minaj’s ongoing issues.
She recently spoke on both with The Morning Riot radio show and explained that her book will focus on prison stay while her documentary will address “silly questions.
“I got a bunch of singles that we’re getting ready to throw out in a few seconds. We’re going to throw out a few singles first so we can get everybody familiar with my new sound,” she said.
“I have a documentary that I’m going to put out and that’s going to explain a lot of things where people can stop asking me silly questions and stuff like that. When I put the documentary out, a lot of questions will be answered. I still have my book deal with St. Martin’s Press which is solely about my stay in prison.”
Until the release of her book and her documentary, Queen Bee fans can catch one of her eleven tour dates that makes stops in Texas, New York, Florida and California.
