10. Never be alone when you have troubling decisions ahead. Call home or seek a trusted personal board member for direction or help; seek professional help for serious problems, because it is probably not new and you are not alone.  Challenge your mind by putting your best foot forward. There are enough bad characters in this world so we don’t need more posers. Train your mind to study changes in your behavior and others. Know when you’re in the wrong places. If the rewards and awards of life are not coming, know you are doing something wrong. Dedicate your success to a higher purpose; dedicate your life to a higher power.
