Just a few weeks after Jessica Simpson gave birth to her baby girl, the singer has signed a lucrative contract with a weight loss program. Simpson, 31, will be a new spokesperson for Weight Watchers to help shed the estimated 65 pounds she gained while pregnant. “She isn’t sure if she is going to be able to do it,” an insider told OK magazine.
Despite the naysayers, Simpson’s deal with the company will go head-to-head with a previous celeb’s campaign with Jenny Craig. Last year Mariah Carey became an official spokeswoman for Jenny and showed off her post-baby body after giving birth to twins.
Although Simpson is the latest, she’s certainly not the first celeb to join the Weight Watchers program, check out a few celebs on WW below.
