Clair Huxtable (Phylicia Rashad) “The Cosby Show”
Once named mother of the year in a national survey, no one taught American television viewers as much about educated, successful and sophisticated black women as Clair Huxtable did on NBC’s hit comedy “The Cosby Show.” As an attorney and the wife of a docto and mother five children Sondra, Denise, Theo, Vanessa and Rudy, the classy Clair managed to hold it all together and focus on family in addition to teaching her children to be good moral character and ultimately contribute to the culture.
