Meagan Good Staying True to Her Vow of Celibacy

While Meagan Good’s character in the blockbuster hit, Think Like a Man stuck to a 30-day rule before becoming intimate with a potential suitor, the demure actress is taking the concept a a step further. While Good previously revealed in an interview with rolling out that she’s taken a vow of celibacy, she’s now confirming that her wedding night will be her first time being intimate with her new husband. “Our wedding night will be the first time we’re actually together,” said Good to Life & Style magazine. “He was willing to be celibate with me for a year.”

Good’s dream man with obviously excellent willpower, is Devon Franklin, a Sony Pictures Entertainment exec and a minister. And while the spiritual starlet and Franklin have yet to announce a wedding date, she did say that they’ve already picked a location and theme similar to the one portrayed in the movie Twilight. “We found the venue, which I’m really excited about, and it’s going to be in Malibu,” said Good. “I know I want to go for a bayou-themed kind of Spanish mosque, a very … Twilight feel.”
