In the ’90s, Boyz II Men were R&B’s good boys while Jodeci were their bad boy counterparts. And true to form, the group rode high on the charts with their raunchy, hip-hop inspired R&B hits. But the group quickly begin faling prey to the pitfalls of stardom and lead singer K-Ci racked up a laundry list of legal problems involving lewd conduct, exposure and tax evasion as well as a volatile relationship with R&B queen Mary J. Blige. K-Ci and his brother, Jojo, have both publicly admitted that they’ve had a long-standing struggle with alcoholism.
