Kanye West Performing at Resort
Kanye West fans with a few extra coins to spare are in luck this summer now that the “Watch The Throne” rapper has announced a pair of new tour dates. West, 35, is the next celeb to take over Atlantic City’s Revel Resort, the $2.4 billion resort that opened Memorial Day weekend. Like his “sister-in-law,” Beyoncé, who performed four sold-out shows for her first post-baby return, West will draw crowds to Revel’s Ovation Hall with two sure to be sold-out shows.
On July 6 and 7, Ye will take the stage reports Ticketmaster. And while the event is being helmed as his “first solo show” since Coachella 2011, the G.O.O.D. music emcee will reportedly bring out members of his collective including Big Sean, Teyana Taylor and 2 Chainz. Tickets will be on sale through Ticketmaster.com on Friday beginning at 10 a.m. Prices for the event are not yet unavailable but attendees of Beyoncé’s Revel concert reported paying upwards of $400.
In addition to Revel, West is said to be working on Cruel Summer, the collaborative album between himself and the rest of his G.O.O.D. Music family. Cruel Summer is expected to drop later this summer. A movie under the same name was already debuted by West in Cannes.
