Brown hopped from Major Payne to Family Matters to The Jamie Foxx Show as the cute, quick-witted child actor throughout the 1990s. And he struck Hollywood gold as “Eddie Thomas” on the popular Disney sitcom That’s So Raven.
But by 2007, Brown was popped for a misdemeanor marijuana possession in which he was later released on bond.
In 2011, he was pulled over for driving without a license but booked on suspicion of DUI when he failed a field sobriety test. Brown avoided a jail sentence by agreeing to complete an alcohol education program, but failed to show any proof that he had enrolled in the class or paid $1,908 in fines and court fees.
He was arrested in early June 2012 and was eventually bailed out.
