It was a day of fun and inspiration at the second annual African Pride: “My Pride, My Way” Beauty Pop-Up Suite. Twelve hundred women convened over the weekend to experience African Pride’s entire family of hair care brands, including: Dream Kids, Olive Miracle Collection and to celebrate the official launch of the all-new Shea Butter Miracle Collection.
Among many other celebrities in attendance “Basketball Wives,” Shaunie O’Neal joined the conversation. National beauty bloggers from rolling out, Talking Pretty, HelloBeautiful.com, Me, My Hair & The City, Strawberri Curls, CurlyCam.com, Gospel Flava and Strength of Nature national marketing director, Charlene Bastien, hosted the suite continuing the conversation surrounding African Pride’s nationally charged “My Pride. My Way” campaign.
The African Pride Beauty Suite and My Pride promoted healthy hair care choices, celebrating individual style, innovation and writing one’s own rules when it comes to their hair. Cocktails, grab bags filled with products and beauty tips to last a lifetime, made this a spectacular event.
