The Hawks can offer All-Star center Al Horford, rising guard Jeff Teague and a first round pick for Howard. Howard is an Atlanta native and could join his high school buddies Josh Smith and Lou Williams (recently signed from the Philadelphia 76ers) to form a team that could contend for a title in the upcoming years.
