Snoop Dogg’s penchant for pulling on the pipe (of the weed variety) has earned the scorn of several nations. Australian government officials prevented him from performing at the Australian MTV Awards because of his criminal past, including the shooting death of an assailant (he and his bodyguard were acquitted of murder). And he earned the wrath of Great Britain when he and his posse tore up a department store at London’s largest airport.
