Facebook can be a very dangerous place for jealous lovers.
In Claxton, Tenn., a man attacked his girlfriend because she had a photo of an unknown man on her Facebook page.
Authorities said Lowell Turpin, 40, “angrily demanded to know who the male was,” punched his girlfriend in the face and threw her computer against the wall.
The unknown man in the photo was GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
According to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Department, Turpin has violent tendencies and has beaten his girlfriend in the past, although not over presidential candidates.
He was charged with domestic assault and is in the Anderson County lockup.
