We don’t know if it was T.I. or Tip or Clifford Harris at the wheel, but whichever incarnation of the superstar was driving was out of his mind to have a open drugs in the car while doing an illegal U-turn on the busy Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, Calif. — especially after he’d just gotten out of prison for trying to purchase machine guns and silencers as a felon. He’s lucky he’s still not under the jail.
