Tiny Getting a Late-Night Talk Show?

T.I.’s Wife, Tiny, Set for Late-Night Television

If you thought Tameka “Tiny” Cottle was just a former Xscape singer-turned-wife and mother to rapper T.I.’s children, then you my friend, thought very wrong. Tiny, 37, who obviously has several more layers to her unseen to the public eye, is set to host a late-night talk show touching on current events in popular culture.

So whose batty idea was that? The wonderful executives over at VH1, of course. ”

I’m very excited about that,” says Tiny about her show. “I’ve been wanting to do a late-night talk show with my homegirls — my friends — for a while now. So I have my new show, it’s called ‘Tiny Tonight’ and it’s going to be a late-night talk show, the first late-night talk show on VH1.”

The show will feature a few of Tiny’s “homegirls,” which could be anyone from her ex-reality show co-star, Toya Wright, to her hairstylist, Shekinah. Tiny has lately likened it to the daytime ABC talk show featuring Whoopi Goldberg, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, Sherri Shepherd and crew. “It’s just me and my homegirls and we’re talking about what’s going on in the world. It’s a younger, next generation of ‘The View,’ ” says Tiny.

In addition to having a talk show, the pint sized first lady of Grand Hu$tle is said to be considering a line of lingerie. When discussing it with her husband by her side, the “King of the South” noticeably lit up with excitement.
