Rihanna Blasts Joan Rivers Over Chris Brown Comment

An unlikely disagreement showed up online this week when a popular songstress was blasted by a famous funny-woman known for her off-color remarks. Joan Rivers, 79, was blasted by Rihanna when the comedian brought up the singer’s, now infamous, domestic abuse incident. After watching the 24-year-old’s recent Oprah Winfrey interview in which she admitted to still loving Chris Brown, Rivers made a stinging remark and dubbed Rihanna an idiot. “Rihanna confessed to Oprah Winfrey that she still loves Chris Brown. Idiot!,” wrote the elderly jokester on Twitter. “Now it’s MY turn to slap her.”

Presumably at the hands of her fan a.k.a. her ‘Navi’, the remark found its way to Rihanna and the singer fought back. “Wow u really do get slow when you’re old huh?”, said Rihanna.“Slap on some diapers.”

Surprisingly however, the comedian tried to make amends and even invited the celeb lauded for her fashion sense to be a guest on her E! talk show. “Honey, @Rihanna, everyone knows: If he hit you once, he’ll hit you again. Read the statistics. PS – Love to have you on Fashion Police!”

Rihanna has yet to respond to the invitation.

Plenty of others took the time to respond to Rivers however including one fan that griped on the comedian’s obvious plastic surgery.”Rihanna would slap you back, the only difference is that your face would fall right off,” said Rihanna’s defender.

Rihanna’s comments to Rivers are just the latest in an ongoing stream of insults the singer has let fly from her Twitter page. She previously told MTV that she “ran out of f—- to give” when they posted photos of her smoking marijuana and told Celebuzz that their “p—- is way too dry to be riding her d—-” when they commented on one of her outfits.

Classy.

Wonder what her label thinks about her comments. -danielle canada
