Alicia Keys was branded a home wrecker in 2008 after Swizz Beatz’s then-wife, Mashonda, claimed the singer broke up their marriage. At the time a very angry Mashonda told the press that the pair deserved each other. “Only a certain type of woman would sleep with a married man, and only a certain type of man would abandon his family for another woman. I guess they are ‘equals.’ ” Keys is still doing damage control to this day from the scandal.
