Trey Songz Knocks 2 Chainz Off of No. 1 Billboard Spot With 'Chapter V'

Trey Songz proved that R & B is still a major force in music by topping the Billboard 200 chart with his newest album, Chapter V. The album is Trey Songz’s first No. 1 album of his career and features the singles “2 Reasons,” “Heart Attack,” and “Hail Mary.”

By selling over 135,000 units according to Nielson SoundScan, Chapter V outpaced 2 Chainz that was the previous No. 1 album. 2 Chainz’s Based On a T.R.U. Story was the N0. 2 album on the Billboard charts by selling 48,000 copies.
