4. He loves his child. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta may have acted as a mirror to Lil’ Scrappy, and in it he saw a side of himself that he did not want his child to know. Even worse, he probably did not want his daughter to settle for a serial cheater when she’s ready to marry. “[I just] want to let [Emani] know that a man is suppose to treat her with respect, like a queen. She needs to know God,” he tells rolling out.
3. He loves Erica. Early on in the show, Lil Scrappy and Erica stood as a team against Stevie J when Stevie J disrespected Erica by calling her a beyaaach. Lil Scrappy tells rolling out that Erica’s tears during the show confirmed that her love for him was deep, and that his infidelity was hurtful: “I was able to see her love that I had never seen … I mean, I have seen it, but I kind of messed that up so she hides it from me,” he said. “So when she would go to her friends and share it, I could see it because I’m watching it.”
