Bobbi Kristina and her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, have endured tragic pain and loss this past year over the loss of “their” mother, Whitney Houston, and constant media scrutiny over their high-profile relationship. But the young couple nearly lost their own lives this past weekend when they were involved in a nasty car accident.
According to TMZ, the accident happened on Sunday night, Sept. 23, in Alpharetta, Ga. Sources say that Gordon was driving his 2012 black Camaro and Bobbi was in the passenger seat at the time of the accident.
Though details are scarce, sources claim that Gordon and Bobbi were engaged in a heated argument when the accident occurred. The airbags were deployed and the front bumper was ripped of the car, but luckily it was still driveable and the couple were able to drive home.
After the couple arrived back at their apartment, police were called to the scene over a noise complaint, though no one answered the door when the cops arrived.
However, according to the incident report, police did take photos of Gordon’s car, which still had its hazard lights on and appeared to have been driven in a damaged condition.
The accident is now under investigation.
