Bryan “Birdman” Williams is adding to his collection of homes. The CEO of Cash Money recently purchased a Miami Beach mansion for $14.2 million.
Birdman may have actually overpaid for the pad considering its former owner, Russel Weiner, bought the home for just $6 million. In today’s shabby real estate market, an $8 million flip is rare.
Weiner bought the home after its previous owner, producer, Scott Storch, couldn’t keep up with payments. The home features 9 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.
