Celebrities earn a living with their talent and their ability to be pleasing to the eye, on that note they are also (allegedly) serviced by some of the top makeup artists in the world. So why do we have so many celebrities who are out and about in mix-matched shades or silly makeup application? Here then are a few repeat offenders who must stop being cheap and applying their makeup themselves, or, fire their “artist.”
