Nicki Minaj tells all about Mariah Carey feud

The “American Idol” feud between the judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj may not be as contrived as claimed in many reports. In the leaked video that had fans earjacking an argument between the pop divas, Nicki can be heard saying about Mariah: “I told them I’m not f—–g putting up with her f—–g highness over there. Figure it the f— out.  Figure it out.”

In the second installment of her reality show, which aired Sunday, Nov. 5, “Nicki Minaj: My Truth,” Minaj, 29, continued to shed light on the bickering.

In a conversation with Young Money’s president Mack Maine, Minaj maintains, “She’s admitted she did not want another female doing the show. She didn’t want someone stealing her shine.

“Twenty minutes before that happened,” she adds, “I just know that I had reached my boiling point. I stormed off the stage because I didn’t want to do that. I left and when I came back, it was another jab.”

As Minaj phrases it, Carey was “’Nitpicking, nitpicking, nitpicking. I stay away from that. I had to make it clear that if you do this again, I’m going to do this again.”

In an edition of “The View,” Barbara Walters cited a claim that Carey had accused the young star of threatening her life. Minaj allegedly stated, “If I had a gun, I would shoot that b—-.”

Minaj defends her character. “I never said I was a gangster.”
