A Malibu beach home often rented by the likes of Diddy and Usher could be yours, that is if you have $16.75 million to spare, reports RadarOnline. The estate that sits on Broad Beach is down $3 million in its asking price. Featuring six bedrooms, a wine closet that holds over 400 bottles, several fireplaces and private offices, both Usher and Diddy once called it home when the asking price for summer rentals was a mere $100,000 a month.
