A youngster from the West Coast determined to help continue the wave of “Left Coast love” that Kendrick Lamar has spawned, DeeZo and his anthem “Apollo Creed” made waves on the indie hip-hop circuit in 2012. With a feature in XXL, and buzz steadily building for his upcoming mixtape, the West Coast upstart will see his star rise early in the New Year.
