The steering wheel features touch-sensitive audio and climate controls. The dashboard features fuel and energy consumption meters, and an interactive depiction of the power flow between the drivetrain’s gasoline and electric components.
Safety:
The Prius features standard safety equipment including antilock, 4-wheel disc brakes, and an electronic stability system with traction control. Its earlier models scored high in side- and rear-impact crash tests and roof-strength tests. The car’s award-winning safety systems have everything to do with its seven standard airbags; a driver’s knee airbag, front seat-mounted side-impact airbags, and front and rear side curtain airbags.
