Once called “the rap king of Orange County” (which may be the worst title ever, by the way) this West Coast rhymer was at one time signed to Shady Records, appearing on tracks with Eminem and 50 Cent. But apparently, they realized he wasn’t going anywhere—the label never released his album. When he finally did get a project out independently in 2012, no one cared anymore.
