June 22 and July 14, 2012: A cross-dressing man in his late 20s/early 30s wore black pants, a blue blouse, a shoulder-length brown curly wig, sunglasses and heavy makeup, black sneakers with white bottoms, carrying a woman’s black handbag on his left arm and sculpted fingernails. He robbed Capitol One Bank’s Eastover Branch on June 22 and Liberty Bank in Gentilly on June 22.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the FBI at (504) 816-3000. There’s a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
