Alba’s Facebook page, under the header Victorian Glam Fairys, provided the live newsfeed that did her in. And the Feds were investigating her posts. Alba wrote about being in Newtown when President Barack Obama was in town to meet with the families and of how he hugged and cried with the families, according to the complaint.
Alba was charged with making false statements to federal agents. She appeared before a U.S. magistrate in Hartford, Conn., and was released on a $50,000 bond. If convicted, Alba could face a maximum five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
