Since he began dating Kim Kardashian in the spring of 2012, Kanye West seems to have lost a step. His G.O.O.D. Music project, Cruel Summer, was a creative flop and he seemed out of place rapping about big booty girls with 2 Chainz. But what’s more disturbing is his appearances on the show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” And now that he’s about to become a father to a child conceived with Kim, Kanye is at risk of losing the edge that propelled him to the top. Hip-hop fans can only hope that he spends the winter in Chicago to actually remember what hunger feels like.
