Celebrity chef Art Smith and executive chef Wes Morton will co-chair the Chef’s Ball at Art and Soul at the Liaison Capitol Hill, 415 New Jersey Ave., NW, Washington, D.C. on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013. Five additional DC celebrity chefs will prepare late night bites for the event, with proceeds benefiting their charities of choice.
