One of the most gifted rappers to ever pick up a microphone, Mos Def constantly promotes his home and is one of his borough’s proudest sons. He released a tribute on his classic 1999 debut album, Black On Both Sides, and “Bed Stuy Parade & Funeral March” on 2004’s The New Danger.
