Alec Baldwin is leaving the NBC hit sitcom 30 Rock after seven seasons of portraying Jack Donaghy; the final episode airs on Thursday, January 31.
Baldwin is known for playing intense characters on film, and 30 Rock introduced the world to his comedic genius. The character Donaghy was Baldwin’s interpretation of “Saturday Night Live “creator Lorne Michaels he has said.
The slimmer, funnier Baldwin’s next gig will be to host the 2nd Annual NFL Honors from the Mahalia Jackson Theater in New Orleans on Sat., February 2 at 9 p.m. on CBS.
In the meantime, the blue-eyed actor can be caught chilling in his new New York City penthouse in The Devonshire, located in the heart of Greenwich Village. Take a look.
