Harris, played five seasons for the San Francisco 49ers and one for the Oakland Raiders , is being charged with felony counts of domestic violence causing great bodily injury and assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury from an incident which occurred in August. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Harris, who pleaded not guilty in the fall, appeared Monday in San Mateo County Superior Court and is scheduled to face trial in April.
