Talented and driven, Drake was not content as a teen actor. He had strong aspirations to make it in the rap world and began fine-tuning his rapping skills. While playing in “Degrassi” for seven year, the young Graham began circulating his mixtapes. He quickly transcended his Toronto hometown with the hit singles in his role as a signed signed a recording contract with Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment in June 2009.
